The Journal of Immunology is a twice monthly peer-reviewed academic journal that publishes basic and clinical studies in all aspects of immunology. Established in 1916 it is the official journal of the American Association of Immunologists (AAI) which publishes the journal.

Published continuously since 1904, The Journal of Infectious Diseases (JID) is the premier global journal for original research on infectious diseases. The editors welcome Major Articles and Brief Reports describing research results on microbiology, immunology, epidemiology, and related disciplines, on the pathogenesis, diagnosis, and treatment of infectious diseases; on the microbes that cause them; and on disorders of host immune responses. JID is an official publication of the Infectious Diseases Society of America.

The Journal of Knee Surgery covers a range of issues relating to the orthopedic techniques of arthroscopy, arthroplasty, and reconstructive surgery of the knee joint. In addition to original peer-review articles, this periodical provides details on emerging surgical techniques, as well as reviews and special focus sections. Topics of interest include cruciate ligament repair and reconstruction, bone grafting, cartilage regeneration, and magnetic resonance imaging.

The Journal of Maternal-Fetal and Neonatal Medicine is the official journal of The European Association of Perinatal Medicine, The Federation of Asia and Oceania Perinatal Societies, The Italian Society of Neonatology and The International Society of Perinatal Obstetricians. The journal publishes a wide range of peer-reviewed research on the obstetric, medical, genetic, mental health and surgical complications of pregnancy and their effects on the mother, fetus and neonate. Research on audit, evaluation and clinical care in maternal-fetal and perinatal medicine is also featured.

For three and a half decades, The Journal of Medicine and Philosophy has been the flagship scholarly journal in bioethics and the philosophy of medicine. The Journal of Mental Health Policy and Economics publishes high quality empirical, analytical, methodologic papers, focusing on the application of health and economic research and policy analysis in mental health. The Journal publishes also high quality perspective articles, including articles that examine mental health policies and reforms, discuss the financing and organization of services for mental disorders, evaluate the application to mental disorders of the research methods aimed to assess treatment costs and health outcomes assessment. It offers an international forum to enable the different participants in mental health policy and economics - psychiatrists involved in research and care and other mental health workers, health services researchers, health economists, policy makers, public and private health providers, advocacy groups, and the pharmaceutical industry - to share common information in a common language. The Journal of Mental Health Policy and Economics also serves as a point of reference for governmental and international organisations and will develop an international group of informed readers, who will in turn be able to disseminate policy information to local organisations. The overall aim is to improve mental health policy, planning and delivery in all countries on an interdisciplinary research basis for the benefit of patients with mental and addictive disorders.

The Journal of Molecular Diagnostics, the official publication of the Association for Molecular Pathology (AMP), co-published by the American Society for Investigative Pathology (ASIP), seeks to publish high quality original papers on scientific advances in the translation and validation of molecular discoveries in medicine into the clinical diagnostic setting, and the description and application of technological advances in the field of molecular diagnostic medicine. The editors welcome for review articles that contain: novel discoveries or clinicopathologic correlations including studies in oncology, infectious diseases, inherited diseases, predisposition to disease, or the description or polymorphisms linked to disease states or normal variations; the application of diagnostic methodologies in clinical trials; or the development of new or improved molecular methods for diagnosis or monitoring of disease or disease predisposition.
