Neurocase is a rapid response journal of both adult and child case studies in neuropsychology, neuropsychiatry and behavioral neurology. Four types of manuscript are considered for publication: single case investigations that bear directly on issues of relevance to theoretical issues or brain-behavior relationships; group studies of subjects with brain dysfunction that address issues relevant to the understanding of human cognition; reviews of important topics in the domains of neuropsychology, neuropsychiatry and behavioral neurology; and brief reports (up to 2500 words) that replicate previous reports dealing with issues of considerable significance. Of particular interest are investigations that include precise anatomical localization of lesions or neural activity via imaging or other techniques. Topic reviews are included in most issues. Peer Review IntegrityAll published research articles in this journal have undergone rigorous peer review, based on initial editor screening and anonymous refereeing by independent expert referees. Neuroethics is a forum for interdisciplinary studies in neuroethics and related issues in the sciences of the mind. The focus is on ethical issues posed by new technologies developed via neuroscience, such as psycho-pharmaceuticals and other ways of intervening in the mind; the practice of neuroscience itself, including problems posed by incidental findings in imaging work on research subjects; regulation of neuroscientific technologies, and ways in which the sciences of the mind illuminate traditional moral and philosophical problems, such as the nature of free will and moral responsibility, self-deception, weakness of the will and the nature of personhood. This important publication covers the dual areas of neuroethics: the ethics of neuroscience and the neuroscience of ethics. It offers comprehensive bibliographies, reviews of significant literature, information on activities including partial proceedings of selected meetings, and an opinions section for reader commentaries.

Organ of the 'Société française de psychiatrie de l'enfant et de l'adolescent', Neuropsychiatrie de l'enfance et de l'adolescence tackles all fields of child-adolescent psychiatry and offers a link between field and clinical work.As a reference and training tool for students and practitioners, the journal publishes original papers in child psychiatry as well as book reviews and conference reports.Each issue also offers a calendar of the main events dealing with the speciality.

The biological approach to mental disorders continues to yield innovative findings of clinical importance, particularly if methodologies are combined. This journal collects high-quality empirical studies from various experimental and clinical approaches in the fields of biological psychiatry, biological psychology, and neuropsychology. It features original, clinical, and basic research in the fields of neurophysiology and functional imaging, neuropharmacology and neurochemistry, neuroendocrinology and neuroimmunology, genetics, and their relationships with normal psychology and psychopathology. In addition, coverage includes studies on animal models of mental disorders and therapeutic interventions, and pharmacoelectroencephalographic studies, as well as reviews on new methodological approaches.

Neuropsychologia is an international interdisciplinary journal devoted to experimental and theoretical contributions that advance understanding of human cognition and behavior from a neuroscience perspective. The journal will consider for publication studies that link brain function with cognitive processes, including attention and awareness, action and motor control, executive functions and cognitive control, memory, language, and emotion and social cognition.Neuropsychologia has a long history of publishing lesion-deficit studies, and these remain highly appropriate for the journal. Submission of papers describing the use of other methodologies – most notably functional and structural neuroimaging, cognitive electrophysiology, and transcranial magnetic stimulation - is strongly encouraged, however. Animal studies are also welcome, provided they have a direct and explicitly specified impact on understanding human cognition and behavior. Studies of clinical populations that are primarily descriptive or intended to elucidate a clinical disorder, or that evaluate a therapeutic intervention, are not appropriate for the journal. Neuropsychological Rehabilitation publishes human experimental and clinical research related to rehabilitation, recovery of function, and brain plasticity. The journal is aimed at clinicians who wish to inform their practice in the light of the latest scientific research; at researchers in neurorehabilitation; and finally at researchers in cognitive neuroscience and related fields interested in the mechanisms of recovery and rehabilitation. Papers on neuropsychological assessment will be considered, and special topic reviews (2500-5000 words) addressing specific key questions in rehabilitation, recovery and brain plasticity will also be welcomed. Neuropsychology publishes primarily original, empirical research on the relation between brain and human cognitive, emotional, and behavioral function. Sought are submissions of experimental, cognitive, behavioral, and neuroimaging research with implications for neuropsychological theory, research, and practice.Articles that increase understanding of neuropsychological functions in both normal and disordered states and across the lifespan are encouraged. Neuropsychology focuses on basic research as well as on applied, clinical research that will stimulate systematic experimental, cognitive, and behavioral investigations as well as improve the effectiveness, range, and depth of clinical practice. Theoretical reviews, meta-analyses, and case reports with heuristic value are also published.

Neuropsychology Review is devoted to integrative review papers in all aspects of neuroscience contributing to a mechanistic understanding of human neuropsychology in normal and clinical populations.

The journal's broad perspective is supported by an outstanding, multidisciplinary editorial board. The journal aims to publish scholarly articles that summarize and synthesize strengths and weaknesses in the literature and propose novel hypotheses, models, methods of analysis and links to other fields. Publication of new data is not the purview of the journal

The journal publishes review articles which are original and significant and deal with all aspects of neuroscience, where the relationship to the study of psychological processes and behavior is clearly established. New Directions for Child and Adolescent Development is a quarterly thematic multidisciplinary journal dedicated to new perspective and scholarship in the field of child and adolescent development. Each issue/volume in the series is a completely self-contained, fully indexed edited collection of articles focusing on one specific topic.

New Ideas in Psychology is a journal for theoretical psychology in its broadest sense. We are looking for new and seminal ideas, from within Psychology and from other fields that have something to bring to Psychology. We welcome presentations and criticisms of theory, of background metaphysics, and of fundamental issues of method, both empirical and conceptual. We put special emphasis on the need for informed discussion of psychological theories to be interdisciplinary. Empirical papers are accepted at New Ideas in Psychology, but only as long as they focus on conceptual issues and are theoretically creative.
