Alcohol is an international, peer-reviewed journal that is devoted to publishing multi-disciplinary biomedical research on all aspects of the actions or effects of alcohol on the nervous system or on other organ systems. A quarterly journal aimed at scientists engaged in studies in psychoactive substances, at clinicians and all those interested in problems connected with alcohol and drug addiction. The Alexandria Journal of Medicine is an international peer reviewed journal, concerned with providing a venue for publication of all aspects of human diseases including basic and clinical aspects with a particular focus on diseases of high prevalence in the Middle East and its comparison to their profile in the rest of the world.
