Anales de Pediatría is the Official Publication of the Asociación Española de Pediatría [Spanish Association of Paediatrics]. The print version is published in Spanish and the electronic version is available in a bilingual Spanish and English format at http://www.aeped.es/anales-pediatria. It is a free-access, peer-reviewed journal that will consider all manuscript submissions dealing with paediatrics and related specialties.

Anales del Jardín Botánico de Madrid publishes original and unpublished articles in the taxonomy and systematics of all plant groups and fungi, including related fields like biogeography, bioinformatics, conservation, ecophysiology, phylogeny, phylogeography, functional morphology, nomenclature and plant-animal relations), as well as reviews and summary works.

Analog Integrated Circuits and Signal Processing is an archival peer reviewed journal dedicated to the design and application of analog, radio frequency (RF), and mixed signal integrated circuits (ICs) as well as signal processing circuits and systems. It features both new research results and tutorial views and reflects the large volume of cutting-edge research activity in the worldwide field today. A partial list of topics includes analog and mixed signal interface circuits and systems; analog and RFIC design; data converters; active-RC, switched-capacitor, and continuous-time integrated filters; mixed analog/digital VLSI systems; wireless radio transceivers; clock and data recovery circuits; and high speed optoelectronic circuits and systems.

Analysis is the most established and esteemed forum in which to publish short discussions of topics in philosophy. Articles published in Analysis lend themselves to the presentation of cogent but brief arguments for substantive conclusions, and often give rise to discussions which continue over several interchanges. A wide range of topics are covered including: philosophical logic and philosophy of language, metaphysics, epistemology, philosophy of mind, moral philosophy, and political philosophy.Analysis now includes Analysis Reviews. Analysis Reviews is devoted to reviewing recent work in analytic philosophy. It carries detailed book symposia in which two or three writers comment on a book and the author replies; articles surveying recent work in specified fields; longer critical notices; and shorter reviews. Analysis Reviews does not cover the history of philosophy or continental philosophy, except insofar as works in these areas may have central relevance to analytic philosophy.

Jointly sponsored by the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, Analysis Mathematica is primarily dedicated to problems of classical mathematical analysis, such as the differentiation and integration of functions, measure theory, analytic and harmonic functions, Fourier analysis and orthogonal expansions, approximation of functions and quadrature formulae, function spaces, and extremal problems and inequalities. The journal publishes research papers containing new, essential results with complete proofs as well as survey papers.

Analysis and Applications publishes high quality mathematical papers that treat those parts of analysis which have direct or potential applications to the physical and biological sciences and engineering. Some of the topics from analysis include approximation theory, asymptotic analysis, calculus of variations, integral equations, integral transforms, ordinary and partial differential equations, delay differential equations, and perturbation methods. The home of premier fundamental discoveries, inventions and applications in the analytical and bioanalytical sciences. Analyst publishes analytical and bioanalytical research that reports premier fundamental discoveries and inventions, and the applications of those discoveries, unconfined by traditional discipline barriers.

Analytic Methods in Accident Research publishes manuscripts that deal with the development and/or application of new and novel methodologies to the study of vehicle crashes and other transportation and non-transportation-related accidents. The intent of the journal is to demonstrate how innovative methodological approaches can be used to provide new insights and quantification of the factors that affect the frequency and severity of accidents - thus providing new guidance for the implementation of appropriate countermeasures. While the focus of the journal is on the underlying analytic approach, acceptable application areas include all elements of transportation safety (road, pedestrian, air, rail, and water safety), construction safety, and any area of study where the unintended consequences of human behavior, machine failures or system failures result in property damage and/or bodily injury.

Analytica Chimica Acta provides a forum for the rapid publication of original research, and critical reviews dealing with all aspects of fundamental and applied modern analytical science. The journal welcomes the submission of research papers which report studies concerning the development of new and significant analytical methodologies. In determining the suitability of submitted articles for publication, particular scrutiny will be placed on the degree of novelty and significance of the research and the extent to which it adds to existing knowledge in analytical chemistry.Manuscripts detailing fundamental research on all aspects of analytical theory and methodology (including chemometric techniques), such as innovative instrumental, chemical and biological approaches, detectors and sensors, sample treatment methods and data treatment are especially encouraged. On the other hand, papers describing the use of routine analytical methods or straightforward extension of these methods to new sample matrices will normally not be published unless new developments are described which can be demonstrated to give very clear and quantifiable advantages over existing methods. In all submissions to the journal, authors must address the question of how their proposed methodology compares with previously reported methods.It will normally be expected that where new analytical methodologies and developments are described these will be applied to a sample matrix of suitable analytical complexity. In such cases appropriate validation of the method should be provided, together with proper statistical treatment of data. Analytical performance characteristics of new methods should be given, including sensitivity, detection limits, accuracy, precision, and interferences.Reviews are normally written by prior agreement of the editors. Potential authors are encouraged to discuss the subject matter of a proposed review with the review editor, and will be asked to provide a brief outline of the subject matter of the proposed review. Review articles should be sufficiently broad in scope to appeal to a wide cross-section of the journal's readership, but should be specific enough to permit discussion to be made at an appropriate depth. Basic methodology and principles should not be included in reviews, but suitable reference should be made to sources of this information. Above all, reviews should be critical rather than enumerative and should provide the reader with expert opinion regarding the relative merits of the various published approaches to the topic under review. Figures and Tables are encouraged in review articles. Tutorials describing the fundamental principles and practical operational details of a given analytical technique, sample processing approach or chemometric method are also welcome.

Analytical Biochemistry emphasizes methods in the biological and biochemical sciences. Analytical Letters is an international medium for the rapid publication of original research papers, accelerated articles, or mini-reviews on important developments in all areas of analytical chemistry, including electrochemistry, mass spectrometry, separations, and spectroscopy. Papers are welcomed that consider fundamental developments, new or improved instrumentation and sensors, and applications of analytical chemistry in all areas that include biological and clinical science, engineering and instrumentation science, environmental chemistry and analysis, geochemistry, materials science, nanotechnology, and physics.

Analytical Methods welcomes early applications of new analytical and bioanalytical methods and technology demonstrating the potential for societal impact. We require that methods and technology reported in the journal are sufficiently innovative, robust, accurate, and compared to other available methods for the intended application. Developments with interdisciplinary approaches are particularly welcome. Systems should be proven with suitably complex and analytically challenging samples.
