Clinics and Practice (ISSN 2039-7283) is an open access journal that provides an advanced forum for studies related to clinical medicine. It publishes original articles, reviews, clinical reports, and communications, as well as Special Issues on particular subjects. Our journal welcomes contributions focusing on patients, procedures, and treatments with a particular emphasis on the clinical aspects. We encourage scientists to publish their results in as much detail as possible. Therefore, the journal has no restriction on the maximum length of the papers.

Clinics and Research in Hepatology and Gastroenterology (formerly Gastroentérologie Clinique et Biologique: title change in january 2011) publishes high quality papers in the field of hepatology and gastroenterology in English language. The editors put the accent on rapid communication of new research and clinical developments and so called "hot topic" issues. Following a clear Editorial line, besides original articles and case reports, each issue features editorials, commentaries, a seminar, mini-reviews, pictorial reviews and several keynotes. The journal encourages research and discussion between all those involved in the specialty on an international level.
